Egg Handling

For simple collection in broiler breeder houses

Broiler breeder houses require simpler egg collection systems than the layer houses for regular egg production. Eggs are transferred from the nests and out of the breeder barn on woven or plastic egg belts. In the service room the eggs are either gathered on Big Dutchman’s EggSort collector tables for manual packing of the can be transferred onto cross conveyors with the help of EggTrax and transported to an automatic packing machine.
