Available with 1.0 or 1.5hp motors, and equipped with an innovative butterfly shutter, these rugged fans feature Big Dutchman¹s new ³Center Post² construction with a heavy, hot dipped galvanized steel post supporting the bearing assembly and blade. The motors are mounted out of the air-stream providing more efficient air flow. The standard rotary belt tensioners ensure consistent performance. Belt removal and replacement requires no tools or removal of any parts. Fans are shipped with pre assembled butterfly shutters to simplify installation.

HV52s - Slantwall fan

Today¹s large poultry houses require maximum airflow. Big Dutchman¹s HV52s is designed specifically to efficiently provide maximum performance in these difficult applications.

Compact - Manure Belt Scraper € Layer Cage Systems

Big Dutchman¹s new EggCellent egg collector uses an innovative design to provide high volume egg collection with less adjustments and maintenance and still providing protection for the egg, minimizing cracks and checks.

The EggCellent¹s special egg conveying chain made of interlocked plastic module parts. This chain will not stretch and requires no lubrication. These chain modules feature integrated soft padding for impact protection providing gentle egg transport.

With a gear motor placed on the cart itself, the new Big Dutchman feed cart runs at 18 ft./minute. Dispensing ³sledges² are fitted at the bottom of each hopper in each tier to accurately deliver feed. Feed is only dosed as the cart travels in one direction, and each tier has its own feed level adjustment.

The feed cart is available for all Big Dutchman cage systems.

Stuffnix - Dust Filter System

StuffNix is the new dust filter recently developed by Big Dutchman for use in poultry houses. It consists of a multilayer filter wall. By the simple but effective mechanical principle of centrifugal force, dust particles are separated from the airflow. Dust particles collect outside of the airflow in the V-shaped chambers, reducing maintenance requirements. Up to 70% of dust is recovered.

All functions can easily be read off the large graphical display which makes Viper very user-friendly and easy to operate.Viper is Big Dutchman¹s newly developed environment and production computer for use in poultry houses (broiler, layer and breeder management).
