- All belt channel edges are hemmed to eliminate any sharp edges to protect birds and people.
- Egg channel design eliminates coupler for smoother belt operation and easy assembly.
- Single hemmed cascading overlapped belt channels promote longer belt life.
- Nest opening has two available heights depending on front panel position.
- Nest uses a standard 12” x 13” nest pad at 7-degree angle for gentle rollout.
- All bird openings have identical widths for even use.
- The space below the nest at the front is small to keep debris from accumulating.
Fast and Easy Assembly:
- Rivets are 3/16” (5mm) for easier handling and reduced labor.
- The same partition panel is used in all locations, which simplifies assembly and avoids mistakes. Each half of the nest can be assembled separately and then attached, reducing assembly time.
- Attachment points for winching are an integral part of the center end panel.
Strong Construction:
- All major structural components are 26-gauge steel.
- Galvanized coating is G-90 protective coated for longer life.
- Elongated embossed rib in end panel adds strength.
- New bottom support rods under wire bottom replace sheet metal edges that could corrode.
- Galfan™ - coated wire mesh bottoms have 3 times longer life than standard galvanizing.
- Nest pads are held in place with steel rivets.
